Location:	Rollin’ Ice at Silver Creek Sportsplex • San Jose, CA

Divisions:	All teams get 3 game minimum. One division per age group, but playoffs will be split into two divisions if there are at least 3 teams for each age tier.
Game Format:	Format is 3-12 minute periods running time with stop clock in the last minute and one goal difference. Regular games may end in a tie. Playoff games go to 3 on 3 for 3 minutes, then 3-man shootout. Championship games play full sudden death overtime periods.
Win Gear!	Each coach and player will receive one free drawing ticket (upon paid registration). Additional chances to win will be available for sale ($1 per ticket, 15 tickets for $10). Prizes will be drawn hourly 11am - 9pm on Saturday; need not be present to win, however prizes must be picked up and will not be shipped.
Cost:	$495 per team due in full before game one of division with roster. Non-refundable deposit due upon registration. A $6.00 weekend warrior insurance fee is requiredfor every participant not a Rollin’ Ice member or you may purchase a $30 tournament insurance package to cover Rollin’ Ice tournaments for a year.
Plus:	Every coach & player receives a t-shirt and a free drawing ticket! Division champs get champion shirts! Father/son, Father/daughter events! Special surprises for DADS!
Hotel:	Stay at the San Jose Marriott and receive the Silver Creek Sportsplex preferred rate! The San Jose Marriott is a AAA Four Diamond hotel in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Silver Creek Sportsplex. Marriott has a large fitness center on property, as well as a heated swimming pool and spa. Game Format:	Fast Paced Mini-Game Tournament Round Robin Format Run-time clock - No Whistles Penalties assessed as Penalty Shots Guaranteed 3 games / per team Minimum Team Size = 5 skaters 1 goalie Cost - $15.00/player (For playing on 1 team in 1 division. If you play on a second team in a different division just pay an additional $10.00)
Prize:	Prizes for First Place in each Division
Cost:	$15 per player NOTE: A $6.00 tournament membership is required for every participant not a Rollin' Ice member.
Requirements:	Must be 16 years or older to participate Non-Member minors require a countersigned Tournament Membership form (by Parent/Guardian) All participants agree to abide by facility rules or forfeit their participation
